You can see so much more of London from the river than by car (and obviously than by Tube, unless you have mega x-ray vision). Take these houseboats, for example. They’re located relatively centrally (that’s Battersea Railway Bridge on the right), but I didn’t know that they even existed before Saturday. What a cool place to live!
