I was down at Borough Market for a couple of beers at lunchtime today, and spotted Gordon Ramsey while I was there. The guy has a minder, who looks to be about 6 foot eleventy, and built like the proverbial brick shithouse, all whilst wearing a suit that rivals Darth Vader’s for being blacker than black.
Seriously, what kind of chef needs to have a bloody minder at 2pm on a Friday? Someone’s a little too big for his boots, methinks.
