Yep, I’m just reading comics this evening whilst watching the Superbowl. This is a recent beauty from Girls With Slingshots, which is far too funny.

Wow, today’s Pearls Before Swine is just fantastic.
Stephen Pastis, the author, often draws himself into his strip, usually in a self-mocking and/or sarcastic manner, but today he tugs massively on the heartstrings.
text, question, formspring, ask me anything, comic, superheroes,
Do you think the Hulk has a big one or is he just compensating?
If I’m up on my Hulk back-story, the gamma radiation that infected Dr Banner passed into all of the cells inside his body, and lies dormant until a certain level of intense angry emotion activates them for a short time. I would have to therefore assume that his manhood is as equally affected as the rest of his muscles, and increases in size accordingly when everything else grows.
I’m also assuming that it is green too.
What’s more interesting are Hulk’s trousers, which miraculously stay in place despite the massive growth of the body they contain. His shirts are evidently not made of the same material, as they rip very easily. Banner must wear stretchy trousers, possibly of the same material as Mrs Incredible’s outfit.
On a wider angle, there’s probably some kind of compensation psychosis involved in Banner reacting to anything that gets him angry with “HULK SMASH!!!” rather than dealing with his problems rationally and like an adult.

Today’s Pearls Before Swine comic references Friday’s and just blows it out of the water.

I randomly discovered a new cartoon strip today: Girls With Slingshots
It seems to be about a group of women in their mid/late-20s, and it’s very, very funny. Even from a guy’s perspective!
EDIT: This one is the most true to life yet.

Saturday’s Pearls Before Swine.
What, I’ve been on holiday and am catching up!

Wow, today’s Pearls Before Swine mentions G-G :)
What a rush! I really admire Stephan Pastis.
Holy crap! This just reinforces for me the fact that Pearls Before Swine is the best comic strip around at the moment. Get Fuzzy being a close second, I should add.
